HR Assistant Intern

Responsibilities:

 

Maintain basic job recruitment channels, input candidate data, and make phone contacts;

Assist departments in employee learning and training based on development plans;

Manage and distribute fixed assets and office supplies; organize files and inventory;

Handle daily administrative tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, job transfer and job rotation procedures;

Arrange annual medical examinations for company employees;

Complete other temporary work tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Requirements:

 

Proficiency in basic operations of office software;

Well-organized with a strong spirit of teamwork;

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
