Signal and Power Integrity (SI/PI) Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for chip-level and system-level SI/PI analysis;
Familiar with high-speed IP interface solutions such as SerDes, PCIe, USB, HDMI, MIPI, DDR/LPDDR, and responsible for high-speed interface simulation and test analysis to ensure chip and system high-speed performance;
Perform end-to-end power integrity analysis to ensure chip and system power performance, and conduct related simulation and testing analysis;
Responsible for system-level SI/PI design definition, responsible for design stage Pre-layout and Post-layout analysis, and provide guidance for layout design.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Integrated Circuits, Electromagnetic Fields, Microwave, RF and other related majors;
Experience in signal integrity, power integrity, hardware development and PCB board development and design is preferred;
Proficient in the use of Sigrity, ADS, HFSS, Hspice and other simulation tools;
Familiar with Python, TCL, Perl and other languages, able to use different languages for development according to the needs of different simulation tools, matlab programming ability is a plus;
Solid signal integrity and power integrity simulation, testing and analysis skills;
Familiar with PCB or Package process, material, lamination, processing, and manufacturing process;
Self-driven, team player, good communication and presentation skills.
