信号及功耗完整性(SI/PI)设计工程师
工作职责
- 负责芯片级及系统级SI/PI分析工作;
- 熟悉SerDes,PCIe,USB,HDMI,MIPI,DDR/LPDDR等高速IP接口方案,负责对高速接口进行仿真及测试分析,保证芯片及系统高速性能;
- 端到端实现电源完整性分析,保证芯片及系统电源性能,负责电源完整性相关仿真与测试分析;
- 负责系统级SI/PI设计定义,负责设计阶段Pre-layout 和Post-layout分析,指导进行layout设计。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历,电子电路、电磁场、微波、射频等相关专业,有信号完整性,电源完整性,硬件开发及PCB板开发设计经验者优先,熟练使用Sigrity、ADS、HFSS、Hspice等仿真工具;
- 熟悉Python, TCL、Perl等语言,能根据不同的仿真工具需求使用不同的语言进行开发,有matlab编程能力更佳;
- 具备扎实的信号完整性和电源完整性仿真、测试及分析能力;
- 熟悉PCB或Package工艺,材料,层叠,加工,制程等;
- 具有自我驱动力、团队合作精神、良好的沟通表达能力。
Responsibilities
- Perform chip-level and system-level SI/PI analysis;
- Work on high-speed interfaces such as SerDes, PCIe, USB, HDMI, MIPI, DDR/LPDDR; simulate and test to ensure performance;
- Deliver end-to-end power integrity analysis and related simulation/testing;
- Define system-level SI/PI design; perform pre-layout and post-layout analysis to guide layout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, EM fields, microwave, RF or related majors; SI/PI, hardware or PCB experience preferred; proficient with Sigrity, ADS, HFSS, Hspice;
- Familiar with Python, TCL, Perl; MATLAB experience is a plus;
- Solid SI/PI simulation, testing and analysis skills;
- Familiar with PCB/Package process, materials, stack-up and manufacturing;
- Self-driven, collaborative, with good communication skills.
